We will be conducting a lottery for 50 income-restricted (also known as "affordable") apartments located in Chestnut Hill, MA. There are 250 multifamily rental apartment units in one 6-story building. Of the 50 income-restricted units, 8 units will be income-restricted to households earning at or below 30% of AMI and 42 units will be income-restricted to households earning at or below 50% of AMI.

Rents are calculated using the Brookline Housing Authority utility allowances (Rates are subject to change.)  Preferences apply for 18 of the 50 affordable units that have accessible design features for applicants with disabilities who require such features. 13 units have mobility accessible features; and 5 units have sensory accessible features for people with hearing and/or visual impairments.
Tenants are responsible for electricity.
