Water View Terrace Honored with PRISM Award for Community Spirit

Prism Award

Water View Terrace, a 300-unit apartment home community in Framingham, received the 2024 Gold award for Community Spirit from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston. The honor was presented during the organization’s annual PRISM Awards event, recognizing the finest projects and outstanding achievements of professionals in the home building industry.

The Community Spirit award recognizes communities that work together to benefit a cause or program that successfully impacts their community.

Water View Terrace organizes collection drives throughout the year to benefit an array of local charities. Many residents have a personal connection to the organizations the property selects.

Recipients of Water View Terrace’s charitable efforts include Brophy Elementary School, Circle of Hope, Framingham food pantries, Metrowest Humane Society, Jewish Family Service of Metrowest, and the Red Cross.

“I give credit to Property Manager Lee Brown for all the amazing work she and her team are doing,” said Regional Property Manager Kaitlyn Hesse. “It has been wonderful seeing them create a strong sense of community at WVT and within Framingham. The team at Water View Terrace truly exemplifies our Core Value of Caring at Chestnut Hill Realty.”

Hesse and Brown were on hand at the gala to accept the award.
