Since joining Chestnut Hill Realty over 30 years ago, Marc Levin has overseen more than $500 million in construction and development activity. Whether serving as project manager or supervising project management and coordinating with local permitting offices, Marc’s role has been crucial to CHR’s portfolio growth and improvement.
Over his long tenure, Marc has led the planning and construction of important development projects. These include the transformation of Hancock Village at Chestnut Hill Shopping Center, CHR’s Corporate Headquarters, Norwest Woods (83 units), Ridgecrest Village (60 units), Norwood Gardens (12 units and clubhouse), Village Green (clubhouse), Miner Street (49 units) and Hancock Estates (88 units). Marc’s team is currently preparing for the development of 450 new units at Hancock Village and the permitting of an additional 143 units as well as a 200-room hotel in Coolidge Corner, Brookline.
Marc’s team also gets credit for fully renovating over 1,000 apartment homes across the CHR portfolio.
Marc has been responsible for overseeing CHR’s commercial property portfolio, which encompasses 160,000 square feet of space and Marc has negotiated leases totaling more than $150 million in value.
Marc is an integral part of CHR’s Executive Leadership Team, serving with distinction on the Executive and Investment committees. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
