
Nicole Brenn applies her extensive experience and leadership to Chestnut Hill Realty, where she currently serves as the Director of Property Management Operations and Education. Since 2023, Nicole has led the revision and implementation of company-wide property management policies and procedures, while overseeing CHR’s robust training programs for both new and current staff. Her work ensures operational excellence through effective education, innovative eLearning, and hands-on training in areas including budgeting, leasing, compliance, and daily site operations.
Nicole also manages key compliance programs such as 40B, LIHTC, and Inclusionary Affordable Housing, and coordinates Affordable Housing and Subsidy training for all property staff. She acts as the central point of coordination for all lease and policy documentation.
Prior to her current role, Nicole served as Development Manager (2019–2023) and Leasing Specialist (2016–2019) at Chestnut Hill Realty, where she focused on employee engagement, leasing strategy, policy development and seamless application of policies and procedures. Her deep institutional knowledge and hands-on approach continue to make a meaningful impact across CHR’s portfolio.
Nicole is active with the Massachusetts Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, serving as a member of the MAA education committee, and as a certified Advanced Facilitator with the NAA. She is credentialed as a Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Leasing Professional and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts/Amherst.
