
Leveraging nearly three decades of experience at Chestnut Hill Realty, Steve directs all aspects of property acquisitions and dispositions. While expertly managing cross-functional teams, he has demonstrably driven portfolio expansion, orchestrating the acquisition of over 1,600 apartments valued at $325 million. He has further optimized assets through leading strategic dispositions exceeding $117 million.
Beyond portfolio management, Steve spearheads the company's solar initiatives, overseeing the installation of multiple solar energy arrays in Cambridge and at Hancock Village, with numerous other projects in development. He also champions data-driven decision-making, collaborating with data partners to deliver timely and accurate reporting that maximizes revenue and enhances operational efficiency.
Steve’s tenure at CHR began in 1998, progressing from site-level roles as Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and Community Relations Manager. A Duke University graduate, he is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Massachusetts Apartment Association, and the Real Estate Finance Association. He further contributes to his community through extensive volunteer work as a youth sports coach and with non-profit organizations like B’nai B’rith Housing New England.
